Larry Wilson is a seasoned senior executive with more than 30 years of leadership and management experience across consulting, information technology, financial services, and public sector operations. Known as an experienced problem solver and communicator, he has built an outstanding reputation for excellence in leading large organizations through complex transformation initiatives — consistently delivering improved efficiency and effectiveness for clients across government and the private sector.
Mr. Wilson served as Senior Manager in the Process Management practice of Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), leading engagements encompassing accounting, systems, and transaction support — including the design and implementation of high-volume transaction processing centers and financial information systems for major clients.
His expertise spans consulting and advisory services, complex PMO and project management, operations engineering, systems implementation, IT security, and large-scale migration, integration, and change management programs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wilson served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Bexar Savings in San Antonio, TX, and as Vice President and South Texas Data Center Manager for Sunbelt Savings, FSB — directing the full scope of IT operations for an $812 million institution and shaping enterprise technology strategy aligned to business outcomes.
Mr. Wilson has supported high-profile public sector engagements, including work with the DC Chief Technology Officer on the transfer of telecommunications services to the newly created DC Communications Agency, and analytical and financial investigative services supporting Sprint’s E-911 cost recovery process. He is a graduate of Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri, and has served his community through leadership roles with the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce, the AmeriDream, Inc. board of directors, and his local church.
